Very Disappointed

I ordered this candle on July 30th and was to receive it on August 5th. Today, August 10th, I receive an email from Macy's requesting a review. Well, since I cannot leave a review about the actual candle that I still have not received, I can write a review about Macys as it sure isn't what it used to be! Shipping is horrible and customer service is even worse. Each time I ask for an update on my purchase, all I get is..."it's in the packaging process" with an extended date of a day each time.
