Great fit! Sent wrong color!

My husband and son both love the fit of these jeans. My son wanted a light wash for spring & summer; however, was sent a close to dark wash pair. Purchased with rewards so will need to return/exchange in person. No way of telling what style number was sent vs what style/color number received. See you tomorrow, Macys.

I was told the merchandise was on back order then got it much sooner... only to realize it was not the same color I ordered... which means they probably sent the closest thing they had in stock

Product exchange system needs improvement

Product had a manufacturing defect,, the stitching on one seam was not good and was pulling away before being worn once. I tried to exchange but the process was taking so long that I ended up just asking for a refund. The staff were friendly and trying to help but they said that their system required all these time consuming steps to make a simple exchange. I was disappointed that they failed to update their computer from the time I was in before. When I came in the first time their computer showed one in stock but they double checked and there wasn’t one so they ordered one for delivery. When I tried to exchange the defective pair they wasted time checking back stock again because they hadn’t updated the inventory records from my first trip in. When I suggested that they should correct the count on their computer inventory they treated me like I just didn’t understand how computers work. I like the store overall, and the staff are pleasant and friendly but management needs to do a better job and make adjustments to their systems to improve customer experience. I want them to stay in business.
