559 vs 505

The 559's fit great. Little loose but that's fine for me. Also bought a pair of 505's. Big difference. The 505's are tight in the thighs and seat. If you like your jeans tight, then go with the 505's. I give the 559's 5-STARS and the 505's 3-STARS

I have purchased several pairs of this style jean over the years. They are not too tight and very comfortable to wear. Perfect for a 73 year old former hippie!

I like them

Good jeans - especially at sale prices. Fit is good with the slight strtch built in. Denim is somewhat lighter than other Levi's I have, but I think they will hold up OK.

Overall good jeans

Good jeans. The small amount of stretch really helps the fit. They are a bit lighter weigt than other denim but still feel comfortable. Time will tell if the stand up to use.
