I got one ring like this, and the center stone fell out. I ordered another one and had it taken to a jeweler to have the prongs checked, and the In am very happy with this one.

Disappointed

Super disappointed. Received ring and matching necklace for Christmas. Second time I wore it the center stone fell out. Took it back to Macy's and first question was did you buy the protection plan. The gifter did not purchase. They made an "exception" and let me return the ring but would not return the necklace because it wasn't defective. Not super happy since now I have a necklace and no ring to match.
