Returned. Shoe size correct but not comfortable.

I bought this same shoe twice in last 3 yrs. JBU shoes always fit so well, I still own and use the first 2 pair. This new pair feels odd under ball of foot. Tried a size up.. Same issue, same point. Not sure why the same shoe now fits differently. Bummed as i loved this brand. 😩
