Misleading

I bought the product because it stated it was a 8 cup cooker. Its actually a 4 cup cooker that makes 8 cups of rice,

This is not an 8 cup rice cooker

This is not an 8 cup rice cooker. The box and description are misleading. Make sure you read it. It's equivalent to 8 cups once you cook your actual 4 cups of rice. I had to return it upon opening the box.

Rice Cooker

I purchased this in March but didn't open until July 7, 2025. It was mean to be a gift for my niece. When opened it is dented!!!! I am so disappointed. I feel like it was intentionally sent dented because of it bring ordered online.

I looks great but smaller than expected. It looks more like a 4 cup, not 8.

Not work the price

It cooks but the lid hinge is weak and dosent line up properly to close all the time. Also seems to cook unevenly used it 4 times so far everytime back part of the machine is not cooked all the way.
