Black tie event ready

The tuxedo fit very well right out of the package and looked great. It arrived quickly, which was a nice bonus. The only adjustment needed was to have the pants hemmed, which is pretty common with dress pants. Overall, very happy with the quality, fit, and fast shipping, and would definitely recommend it.

Can't fix stupid

I retuned it because the jacket fit great, but the slacks were 5" too big. Too big to take in, even though the price was right. Who's policy decision was it to not offer a size choice on the slacks? I guess you can' fix stupid. At the store, where I returned the tux, the rep said "Yeah, don't order anything on-line that doesn't allow you to choose a size." So how is that successful for Macy's? Duhhhh.

Delivered wrong address!

It never showed up. Although I submitted photos of my front door that was clearly not the front door they delivered it to and I called multiple times and emailed, they denied my refund. I literally submitted photos of my house and submitted photo from shipping company. Extremely disappointed and will no longer be ordering from macys.
