Purchase in store not online

I was really disappointed in this online order. I originally ordered in store and came in a beautiful box. I needed to exchange them from yellow gold to white gold but the store was out so I had to have them shipped to my house. They arrived in a tiny plastic bag in a shipping box. How am I supposed to gift a pair of earrings to a bride in a plastic bag? Disappointed in the presentation for sure! Sounds silly but the earrings in a box were so much prettier!
