Poor quality

I was surprised to see how cheap this necklace looked in person. Not worth the price tag. The chain had a dent and the pearls looked plastic. I returned it.

I cannot write a review because I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. Today is June 28,2024 and the status of my order is still pre-shipment since May 29, 2024.This was for my wedding anniversary in June 10,2024. I don’t know what else to tell my wife.
