No box very disappointed

I had bought a lot of items from kendra Scott because is nice simple elegant jewelry But this time I'm very disappointed I bought a bracelet for my friend birthday expecting it will come in a normal kendra Scott box but not it come literally in a plastic bag So very disappointed!

It's a pretty braclet but I would not have bought it if I seen it in person. Way to tiny! Too much trouble to return!
