Sauce Pan

Best Sauce Pan

This is my second Caraway sauce pan, and I clearly loved the first one enough to come back for another. The size of this one is perfect for everyday cooking. I find myself reaching for it constantly whether I’m heating up sauces, cooking grains, or making smaller portions.I also have to mention the color. It’s absolutely beautiful and looks just as good sitting on the stove as it does in my cabinets. Like all my Caraway pieces, it heats evenly and cleans up so easily, which makes a big difference on busy days.It’s functional, stylish, and a staple in my kitchen now.

Not as induction friendly as I’d hoped

In comparison to my non ceramic coated pans, these do not heat food as quickly on my induction stove. I’d say it takes twice as long to get the same results. I love their look and the ease of cleaning, but they do not work as efficiently.
