Not received when supposed to

Still don't have it so now I have a very unhappy birthday girl. I ordered well ahead of time and was told it would make it before her birthday then the day of comes and then it says March 5th....will have to review again when I actually receive it

Never Again

Macy’s promised a delivery in one week. We are now in the second week and it’s still not been delivered missing my daughter’s birthday. I will never use Macy online services again.

Broken gift box

They sent me a box with stain on. I had no idea what it was until I opened it. The shower gel bottle cap was opened and the gel spilled all over other items. A messy box indeed. I had to rush to the sink before it started dripping all over my carpet.
