Poor quality

Pretty sad coming from Macys, no smell at all, body butter?? Did not rub in. Seemed watery to me. I definitely would not buy it for anyone.

APATHY AND NEGLIGENCE

For the second time I received the incorrect product. I originally ordered the Lovery Shea Body Butter 2-Pk. I received Avocado. Contacted C/S and then I just received COCONUT!! How difficult can this be? I will not pay for nor return what was not ordered or received. I have never had issues like this with Macy’s and if this cannot be rectified I will no longer shop at or recommend Macy’s. This is borderline insanity and negligence.

Small sized container.

I really like this thick body butter and the scent is pleasant and not overpowering. Very moisturizing. Downside is the extremely small amount. Literally enough for about a week. Great for travel though.
