Best brush for coily girlies !!

I love tangle teezers. I have 5 now. It’s probably the best brush I’ve found to detangle my thick coils 4a/4b hair. These also are awesome for styling and distributing product, not just detangling. Nothing gets my curls truly detangled like this with preshampoo/conditioner and soaked in water before the shower. Looking forward to getting more! :)

Not for Thick and Curly

The bristles on the Ultimate Detangler are extremely fine and too dense for my thick 4c hair texture. Perhaps the brush will work on thick hair that is straightened. Using this brush on my thick and curly hair will likely lead to breakage. The company should consider removing the language that this brush is for thick and curly hair.

Not great for thick hair

You’ll need to detailed in very small sections of you have a lot of hair, but it does get dead hairs out.

The Ultimate Detangler

I like this product, it definitely gets all my tangles! Although it does feel a little rough on my ends my hair is big and curly and gets tangled very easily so I can’t fault the brush on only that. Using this brush and the African Pride pre-shampoo, my wash day feels so much easier! Will definitely recommend to my curly head friends!
