Only received the letter L

Ugh... the 1st package I received had severe damage. I returned it to Macy's without opening what remained of the box. I re-ordered and received only the letter L. Hopefully, I will get O, V and E soon. 🤞 I also received notification that my item was delivered. Definitely not feeling the love from Macy's regarding this item.
