Damaged Lid
I really wanted to love these but a little concerned about the quality. For the brand and cost I feel like they should be a little better. One of the lids was bent when I removed from the box. I may consider returning them all.
Horrible Product
Bought these as a gift for my mother back in May. The inside of the pots have begun to peel. Despite only being used a handful of times they have peeled which has to be a defect in manufacturing but dangerous to consumers should they ingest the residue from the peeling. Reached out to Macy’s customer support and they said there’s nothing that they can do since the 30 day return time frame has passed.
A faux pas for the brand Kitchen Aid
I love all of my Kitchen aid stuff, and it's usually made with high quality, and it's long lasting. I thought for sure, the pots and pans would be a hit. I wish I never bought these. Bought a new set after retiring my calphalon for years of use when scratches started to appear. These days, you hear about pfa's in all of the cookware, and I've known for a while that any scratches on cooking surfaces is not recommended for use as it leaches into your food. I have only used silicone and wood utensils on this cookware, and less than a year later, I have seen small scratches on the cookware. I never ever use metal utensils or scrub with harsh sponges. I contacted Macy's, who couldn't do anything after that time period, then KitchenAid, who said it was not a manufacturer defect and refused to do anything. Horrible cookware. After a short use, I am now forced to buy another set because I do not want to cook on scuffed up cookware. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Never received the item (ordered it on Black Friday) Took forever to get an answer on the refund/resend. I will definitely not be trying to order again from this company
Great nonstick pans
I purchased this set to replace my old set I got as a wedding gift 10 years ago. I hope these last a while because I really like them! I’ve only had them for about 3 weeks but using them per the instructions, they are a great non stick set. They’re light weight and I love that the stock pot is wider rather than tall. The square skillet is great for bacon and sausages!

It Peals
I bought this pot set back in November of 23 (just about a year ago). Back in May, the "non stick coating" started pealing off the small pot. I threw that away. Then, the second size pot started pealing from the pins that attach the handle - I threw that out. Then the pealing continued with other pieces. The only piece I have left today, is the large pot! When new it is great, food does not stick to it. But beware of pealing, as it is not healthy for our bodies. This set will not last for "years" as advertised. I would not recommend.
Bent lid inside plastic inside box ;(
I wanted to keep these so badly because the bottoms are metal (which looks better - no scratches on gas burners). And the quality of the pans/pots per the description. But as soon as I opened the box one of the lids was bent. It was still in plastic so my guess is it may have been a prior return. That plus grease stains on the box.

I liove my new pots and pans the handles stay cool and so easy to clean
