Do not buy

Do not buy this bracelet.. I wore it one time grocery shopping, it broke off and i lost it. Macy's won't do anything to help me. I wish I had read all of the reviews saying the exact same thing. The clasp is HORRIBLE.

Bad clasp

This bracelet was beautiful, but it fell off within 24 hours and was lost forever because the clasp was so low quality. I am distraught I spent so much money, only to lose it within 24h because of a bad clasp. Macys wouldn’t do anything to help me. Don’t buy.

EFFY Ruby tennis bracelet

I received the bracelets yesterday and the ruby already broke. I will be taking it back to Macy’s today exchange or repair.

Broken Bracelet

I wore this bracelet once, I tapped my arm on a chair and it broke off my wrist. It’s very beautiful but a waste of money, now I have to spend more money to get it fixed. I would sadly not recommend.

My New Bracelet

I love this Emerald and Diamond tennis bracelet. I am adding it to my little EFFY collection. So far, their products have been great quality and beautiful!. I only gave it 4 stars instead of a 5 because when I registered my bracelet on EFFY’s website, it said the metal was silver. I really thought that I had bought white gold. Macy’s, will you please change your description, so it doesn’t happen to other clients? Thank you. I am keeping it, it really sparkles and it is gorgeous!

it's pretty but i don't recommend it. 3 times it got broken and fell i had to get it eexchange

Beautiful bracelet, but buy the warranty!

Beautiful bracelet and I love wearing it. However, buy the jewelry protection offered by Macys. In less than a year it has broken twice and it was not the clasp, different links have opened and the bracelet just falls off my arm. Both times it has been repaired by Macys. Last time I explained I was very dissatisfied with the quantity and was told that if it happens again to come back and it will be replaced. What if next time it falls off I don’t notice right away and it breaks? I am disappointed with the customer service. Macy’s should stand by their product. I bought it in May 2023, it first broke in November 2023 and again in March 2024.
