Nice but RETURNED

I would have loved to have kept and worn the shoes as they had the perfect heel; however, I had a few concerns. First and foremost they were not true to size; next it appeared worn on a leather spot on one shoe....but nice shoes - just not for me.

Horrible!

The shoes I received were used and dirty. I won’t waste my time ordering from Macy’s again. I can’t believe they sent me used shoes. I do not recommend!

They run big. Black color.

I never never had this issue before in my shoe orders. I'm 8 1/2 cross board, and these run big. Is not the right size at least not for me. I love the shoes though that's why I give 3 stars

Bought in Black Leather Size 6

Really beautiful and sexy shoe; feels comfortable long lasting quality. I didn't see any glue marks. I would have given this 5 Stars but knocked it down because Macy's likes to send returned/floor/used shoes when you purchase on sale. The sticker on the inside of one of the shoes was removed but the sticky part was left, and the bottom of the shoes had looked like someone walked around in them already. Overall, I'm keeping the shoes.

Uncomfortable Label

Why did they sew the “Nine West” label on the inside arch? So uncomfortable! Other shoes print it. The sewn label rubs on the arch of my foot. I will return. It’s a beautiful but uncomfortable shoe.
