Runs small and almost a flare pant

I am consistently a 14, but this 14 wanted to cut off circulation when I buttoned it. Runs 1-2 sizes small. Also, it was more flare than boot cut. The legs were sooooo wide at the bottom. Really unflattering on petites - these pants made me look really wide. Returned.

Love these pants. The fit is amazing!! I favor this brand, their sizing remains consistent. I purchased the size 12 p and the length is perfect for my 5’ 3” frame.
