Stains instantly - Poor Quality

Was very excited to give as gift to my son for his new apartment. While showing him how to cook a grilled cheese, the pan stained immediately and I was unable to get the stain out. I purchased the Macy’s “The Cellar” brand expecting good quality and for them to be durable and last my son for years. So disappointed being a long time Macy’s customer. Unable to return as the box was not saved. Out a few hundred dollars. Don’t assumed high quality because it’s “The Cellar” brand.

Color Stains

Completely disappointed. I followed the instructions for cooking and cleaning, watched videos of how to cook and clean stainless steel cookware for extra information and with all of that, they have color stains that I can't remove from them.

Things to beware of

This is great. Heavy and we'll made. HOWEVER... IT SLIDES easily on the stove. Real easily. IT GETS HOT on the handle(s) so moving it requires using caution and a mitt. Other than that, it cooks well and clean up is so simple. Just be careful so you don't get burned.

Scratches

It’s nice but it’s not resistant to scratches especially from a sponge ! Can’t use it
