Improper Practices

I ordered the underwear and received a notice it was shipped. A couple of days later I got an email claiming the order was canceled. Then a couple of days later get an email that the delivery was delayed. I have not seen or Heard anything since so I figure Macys' went ahead and canceled my order without my knowledge.
