Totally NOT A Pen!

Should've listened to the other review. It's advertised as a pen which is the product I was hoping to receive. I received a bottle of cuticle oil. Returning

Not a pen!

Was very excited to get this oil. Ordered 3 of them for gifts and they are not pens! Came in a bottle. Totally disappointed and will be returning. Checked the website again and it shows a pen!
