Stiff feels like plastic.
Disappointed in this. I was hoping it would soften up. Getting the cards in and out is impossible. Money is super tight. I loved the color so I kept it hoping it would break in. Regretting this decision. It’s embarrassing when you’re at the register and literally can’t get the card out of the slot and the cashier is waiting on you.

It is extremely difficult for someone with arthritis to pull out driver’s license from the slot in wallet. I had the most difficult time at a bank drive thru trying to take it out I gave up after 15 minutes of trying and literally had to tear the slot to get license to come out. A waste of money!!! I would not recommend slots for credit cards are just as tight and difficult to get cards out.
Not Happy!!
I bought the red one to replace my old RL wallet of the same design which served me well till it was very worn off. So, when this new one arrived, I immediately started using it. The labels inside the cash compartment could not be cut off completely and what an odd place to put the labels. It was not one tiny label but at least two or more which impeded putting the notes in. Then came the credit cards and I.D. cards slot, all were too tight to put in and to take out. I couldn't return as I had cut off the labels, so thinking after some time of use, the credit card slot will be more lax. Unfortunately, after 4 months, it's still a struggle to use it ending in frustration. So, please don't purchase this when you still have a chance not to unless they improve on the product.
Do Not Buy this Wallet
Wallet is cheaply made and poorly designed. Two labels inside the pockets prevent easy insertion of paper currency. Made the mistake of cutting the labels, but could not remove them.?And now I can’t return the item. Shame on Ralph Lauren, one of my favorite brands. Disgusted !

The material is and color is good, but the length and width of the wallet are both too small. Very difficult to put paper money in.
Labels in stupid location
Pretty wallet but 4 labels in slot where cash goes. Can’t cut them out all the way so can’t put cash in the slot. Wallet is not useable if you still carry any cash. Total disappointment!
