Perfect

After reading the reviews, I was a bit wary of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exactly what I wanted. The size is perfect, my order arrived promptly, in a velvet bag which was in a nice box. So presentation was spot on. They also came with small rubber backings to make certain they do not come off easily. Overall I find it was a good purchase for me. Did not disappoint.

Earring look great, but not the service .

The earring itself looks great; but I was sent the earring in a little clear plastic bag and no jewel box to place it in . I guess I have to go to the store for a jewel box.

Very disappointed

I purchased these earrings as a gift and when they arrived, they were not even in a box!! Very cheaply packaged in a little tiny zipper bag, and they looked cheap as if bought off the rack of a costume jewelry counter. I quickly returned them. Don’t waste your money they are certainly not worth the price ! Very cheap looking

Price tag was torn off and hook was bent. Shame on Macy's for trying to pawn off used jewelry as new.

Beautiful earrings but lacks proper closure :(

These were gorgeous earrings. Shame on Macy's for not providing a way to secure them to your ears. Five days after they were delivered, I lost one earring. These are very easy to slip out of your ears due to your clothing and hair brushing against them. Again, SHAME ON MACY's. Your customers deserve better. It would have cost you so little to provide a backing for these earrings. These cost quite a bit. Hoping they will help me by sending me a replacement.

Absolutely loved them! The first night I wore them, one fell out and I lost it. So sad! Be careful.
