Very Weak and Disappointing

I purchased the Lavender & Moonflower Reed Diffuser along with the Lilac Lavender & Lovage Townhouse Diffuser Refill. Compared to the Lilac Lavender, this one is just a touch better, but still far too weak to fragrance even the smallest room. We were really hoping our home would be beautifully scented with Jo Malone, but this diffuser also failed to deliver. The sticks and the oil produce only the faintest hint of fragrance, nowhere near what one would expect from such an expensive product. We were truly hoping our home would smell wonderful, but instead we are left hugely disappointed as a family, and it feels as though both our money and excitement have gone to waste. To make matters worse, in order to purchase products that actually provide a real scent, we will once again need to save for months ó something we should not have had to experience with a brand like Jo Malone.

Disappointing - too soft that you can't smell it

I bought this scent for my bathroom, which is tiny. The reeds have absorbed the fragrance, but you can't actually smell anything when you walk into the bathroom. Whilst I appreciate this is a soft scent. I would expect to at least smell a subtle fragrance. Lovely bottle, but disappointed with the product.

Lovely but doesn't last

I absolutely love it! I've been looking for a chamomile scent and finally found it. But I had to make sure I'd really love it since this is my first (what I would call) luxury perfume. As other reviews mention it doesn't last long, so I plan to only use it during and after my bedtime shower and that's exactly what I did yesterday when it arrived! It's a relaxing, clean floral.
