Received Cracked Eyeshadow

Extremely disappointed as there were quality issues with 3 out of 3 items that I ordered from Macy's. Just received the product today and was sad to see it was cracked. Returning everything and may wait until other sales elsewhere to repurchase, not sure but to have every single item that I ordered have a quality issue is very concerning. This item also looks like a return was packaged and shipped out to me and its pretty crazy for this to occur.

wrong color

Beautiful colors on line, but in person the colors are too dark. I don't believe TF color pallat is ideal for a mature woman. the color are lovely for going out, but not your everyday look

Non delivery

I never received the product because UPS Post only delivered 2/3 packages, I have proof on my door camera, and you need to issue me a refund.
