Complain about quantity

I’ve been using this cream for two days, and it seems good; however, my complaint concerns the quantity. When I opened the jar, there was a deep void inside—a section completely devoid of cream. The container itself is quite heavy, and the box did not have a seal. I would like to know if this is how the cream is supposed to come, as the cost seems excessive given the amount I actually received. I have been using Lancôme products for many years, and I have never encountered this issue before. This is my first time purchasing this particular cream.
