A Disappointing Purchase

I purchased this blouse primarily because of the "sheer/see-through" sleeves as shown in the photos. However, when I received it, the sleeves were NOT sheer or see-through. They were solid fabric like the rest of this blouse. I sent an email to Macy's Customer Service over a week ago; however, I have not received a response. I am disappointed because what I ordered and what I received are completely different.
