Terrible quality. it scratches easily

I bought this a few weeks ago. first time we used it was for breakfast. Nothing more complicated than sunny side eggs with ham, after finishing breakfast, my plate was scratched... imagine if it would have been a steak!! absolutely horrible quality. we contacted the manufacture over a week ago, and no answer.

Dinnerware

My wife used the new China for the first time she placed a plate into the micro-wave to heat up her dinner she reached in to pick up the plate, and it severely burnt her fingers unknown and unmarked the Noritake China is not suitable for the microwave something they should have marked on their box and mentioned at the sale sight we would not have purchased a product in today's world that isn't microwave safe

Beautiful Dinner Set, Poor Packaging

I purchased this beautiful dinner set online and chose in-store pickup to avoid any potential damage during shipping, as the box is quite heavy at 43 lbs. It took almost a week to arrive. Unfortunately, when I brought it home and opened the package, I found that several pieces were damaged. To make things worse, the price has since changed, and there’s no option for a replacement. I also don’t see any way to upload photos of the damaged items, which adds to the frustration. Given the price and the fragile nature of the set, I expected much better packaging. Now, on top of everything, I have to go through the inconvenience of taking the entire set back to the store for a return. This has been a very disappointing experience.
