Something has changed

I have used this product for years and now it seems as though the texture has changed. Instead of being smooth and light and creamy, it feels like I am putting heavy lotion on my face that’s hard to smooth out. I’m so disappointed.

What happened

I have used this product for years and loved it. The last bottle they sent me seemed like it was old and separating. It had an acid smell and was nothing like the creams. I have used all these years. I returned it immediately.

Noticeable difference

I am testing this product along with a ceramide capsule on my neck. The improvement in hydration, wrinkles and firmness is quite remarkable. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I can really notice the difference. I will continue to use the product. I am very pleasantly surprised as I have tried many other brands' products that have done nothing but irritate my neck and do nothing for hydration, lines or firmness. I am sensitive to fragrance and I do find the fragrance a bit strong. I can tolerate the scent on my neck but it would be too overpowering for me on my face.

Octocrylene and Pulling

Sometimes it pillsmore than others, especially on my neck. So to resolve, I add a second moisturizer that is oil based Why does it pill? It does not soak in. And, Octocrylene, a hormone disrupted is the 2nd ingredient. I don't think this was in the previous version.

Not for rosacea!

The lotion smaller really good and made my skin feel so soft. The only problem was that it made my rosacea flare up. I wasn’t sure why, but it was unfortunate. At first there was a nice glow, then came the redness.
