Not worth it

This necklace is very beautiful but not worth the price. After having it for a month the necklace broke. I'm not rough on my jewelry and it broke. Talked with chat to ask about a return or exchange and was told no to both. I will not be buying any type of jewelry from Macys ever again.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, though I absolutely loved the chain, the heart pendant itself seemed a lesser quality. It looked too shiny and more like costume jewelry. I hated to return it but did.
