RL sheets and pillow cases

Love these sheets, have been using them for years now because they are comfortable and durable. These sheets do not do well with regular Tide pods, suggest using the Tide free and gentle detergent.

Disappointing

I was expecting a luxury set of soft and slightly silky linen…unfortunately these sheets fall short of expectations. They are very coarse and I will not purchase this brand again.

Sloan sheets

I was disappointed in the Sloan sheets. The quality and feel did not seem up to the usual RL standards, so I returned them. I really wish you would bring back the Renee Floral sheets as they are Sooo pretty and much better in quality, texture, etc. I would love to purchase another set or two of the Renee Floral sheets (style from the 90's) if they were available.

Wrong item sent, but Macy’s says no return allowed

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a King sheet set, but I received a different type of set that does not work for what I needed. I understand this was marked as a final sale item with no returns, but that should not apply when the wrong item is sent to the customer. It is not fair to expect me to keep an item that I did not order and cannot use. I purchased a specific King sheet set, and Macy’s should either send the correct item or offer a solution. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope Macy’s reviews this policy because customers should not be penalized for an error that was not their fault.
