Never got item and CS refused to help

Purchase on 7/9 still today no item or change in status (7/16) and CS just kept asking the same information over and over like they weren’t understanding or reading. Then refused to help further or refer chat to a supervisor. Opening a consumer case against them.

Ray-Ban

These sunglasses are extremely expensive yet are so cheap looking. They will break very easily. I feel stupid for paying as much as I did for them. Will return.

These feel cheap

I purchased these after much consideration and regret it! They feel so cheap and thin. I am afraid they will break or scratch. Don’t do it!

New go-to sunglasses for this season

Lightweight but great Ray-Ban quality. Love my Wayfarers but wanted something a little lighter and these are fab.
