Not so much about the glasses as the shipment

The glasses look like they might be really nice, but it is hard to tell in the shape they arrived in. That is what I found when I opened the box. The Waterford box was placed in a cardboard box with no packing material around it. Clearly, the Waterford box bounced around in the shipping box and the photo shows the outcome. I will say the customer service rep that I spoke with was very nice and quickly reordered the item. I am waiting for the delivery...we will see if it comes in the same condition as the original! Macy's needs to do a better job of packaging items for shipment!

Wrong size

I ordered the 10.5 oz glasses and was shipped the 12 oz glasses (beautiful, but not what I ordered).

Beautiful crystal

These are really beautiful crystal glasses, nice and heavy in your hand. They hold a good amount too, I got tired of my tiny little glasses and wanted something a bit bigger, these glasses are it.
