I am Customar i buy many things from macy king plaza but i wantexchage Just tommy three shirts size medium to size L all thing us same but without receipt no body exchange and bed behave next time i did not purchase and visit macy poor service

I ordered a shirt in the size I wanted, having it delivered to my home. The shirt is okay. It shrinks when you initially wash it, but you sent it to me WITH the anti-theft device on it... Which means that I had to bring it back into the store to have it removed. Please don't do that, going forward.
