Not too small, not too large. I wanted a teapot to serve two 12-ounce mugs of tea, and this pot accommodates that with about 4 ounces of room to spare. Lovely finish which does not stain from the tea (as earthenware pots can). The spout doesn’t drip after pouring (yay!), and isn’t so long and narrow that it can’t be cleaned. A truly lovely medium-sized teapot.
