    • Winged Liner: Start by applying classic liner; follow lower lash line in an upward angle using side of felt-tip applicator to connect from outer eye toward center of eye in one sweeping motion; use tip of applicator to perfect line on eye
    • Pro Tip: To achieve a double wing effect, first find where white of eye and iris meet, then extend a second line from this point, keeping it parallel to original line, creating a slightly shorter line for a double wing effect

Disappointing Purchase!

This eyeliner is unusable and poor quality to say the least. The application is heavy and thick, there is no way to apply a thin line. It also effects your eyelashes, sticking them together...so unattractive! If this wasn't enough, it stings the eyes and has an odor and I was NOT ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A BETTER PRODUCT!

Best Liquid Eyeliner for watery eyes

I have bad allergies so my eyes are constantly watering plus oily lids too. I literally can ONLY wear aqua resist color ink ALL DAY. It is the best thing i discovered in 2016 and use to this day.
