Love the title of this book!!!

Looking forward to reading Menupause by Dr. Anna Cabeca. I have struggled for 10 years with horrible menopause symptoms. The worst is severe insomnia. I am looking forward to trying her different meal plans to improve my sleep habits along with those dreaded night sweats. Thanks for writing this book that will help so many women deal with so many issues that we experience in pre- menopause and menopause and post menopause. Judy
