Poor Customer Service & Product

Almost everything I purchase is online so I rely heavily on reviews. This is why I feel it’s important to review this product so hopefully no one else makes the same mistake I did in purchasing this product. The scale won’t recalibrate itself correctly so the weight reflected, is completely inaccurate. This is fresh out of the box with brand new batteries. I called the company’s customer service number and their answer was to send it back and that there’s no way to fix it. That’s ok but it’s a complete hassle and inconvenience to package the scale up and arrange shipment. Do yourself a favor and purchase a different brand/model. This review is no reflection on Macy’s, they did nothing wrong. The review is on this manufacturer.

Disappointed

Purchased for a friend because it said approx 560 lbs to help him with his weight loss journey. Clearly 400 lbs and 560 lbs are the same...

False Product Description

Extremely disappointed. Advertised 560lb capacity and it’s only 400lb capacity. Also, AAA batteries NOT included.
