Proctor Silex Single-Serve Coffee Maker

I had the coffee maker delivered to the place I was staying at and arrived on time. It worked just fine! The only thing I would say is that in the picture is a tall coffee mug which it does not fit. There is not much room for a tall mug, just a normal size mug.

SINGLE SERVE COFFE MAKER

PRODUCT IS SCREWED UP! COFFEE IT MAKES IS NOT DRINKABLE! CALLED YOUR "HELP" DEPARTMENT FOR ASSISTANCE AND AGENT (KELLY?) COULD NOT ASSIST ME AND THEN DISCONNECTED ME. YOUR PRODUCT AND INFO PAMPHLET ARE DIFFERENT! KEURIG POD DOES NOT WORK IN YOUR POD TRAY!!!!

Does not puncture k-cups

i've tried many times over the years of using this to puncture k-cups. but really i got it purely to use as a ground coffee maker. I put my own grounds into the filter basket and brew just fine. 2 Stars though because the k-cups do not puncture.
