Beautiful and easy replacement process for damage

I love them. They are so pretty. Three of the 4 plates came broken in the shipment, but the replacement process was really quick and easy.

poorly packaged and fragile

I purchased in August and put away as a Christmas present. 2 out of 4 plates and 2 out of 4 bowls were broken. There was no packaging between outer plate or bowl and the box so they were damaged. In addition these are not my mother’s Pfaltzicraft, they are extremely fragile.
