I've been using this for decades. It works and it smells like the California sun. Its versitile too. My husband has oily skin and I have very sensitive skin. Its kept us beautiful and glowing and we will never stop using it.

Different product than what i expected

I don’t know what origins is up to but I am very disappointed. For years I have been an origins customer and purchased ultra hydrating moisturizer. In the last two months, I have been to the Macy’s store at Delamo and there has never been anyone at the origins counter. When I question another sales person they say oh she was there earlier. I’ve gone afternoons mornings and never anyone there. Since that product is owned by ST I’ve gone to the SD counters and the sales people there have tried to help me, but they weren’t sure what was going on either. Finally, one of them said she believed it was being rebranded and new packaging. But as we compared to the sample origins that is on view with the new repackaged supposed to be the same product they don’t even smell the same. I am very disappointed.

I used origin’s in my 20s, but really had not used the product over the last several years. I did, however purchase the little mini set of the ginzing line over Christmas. I am 52 years old and this particular product line is working very well for my skin. I have Received many compliments on my skin. It is hydrated With a nice shine. The product is lightweight, Smell smells amazing, and I have also begun putting it on the back of my hands. I have been using the entire line for the last five months! I would highly recommend this product.

avoid acne prone/combination skin

I really wanted to love this product because of the information I read online, but it made me break out really bad when I was trying to fix my skin. I’m sure this product will work for someone with dry skin or normal skin, but not for oily acne prone, or combination.

Wishing for the Previous Formula

Last year, I bought 2 Ginzings: the large jar with the oranges on the lid (clearance) and the trial pack with the then new serum and the new formula small jar. The difference between the 2 formulas is staggering...the original is lighter and absorbs into my skin and truly is a wonderful product. This new formula...it's so greasy (I thought this was supposed to be lightweight), never absorbs regardless of how much or how little I use, my face got so red I needed to re-wash my face, AND then I compared the ingredients and found that there's soybean oil in this???? I have acne-prone, dry, sensitive skin. This product used to be my default moisturizer for years because of how light it felt and how well my face was moisturized without the guck the drugstore equivalents have. My OG jar is now half gone and I'm at a loss what to replace it with because it sure won't be this new formula. Manufactured soy products are rarely included in my diet so there's no way I'm putting it on my face again. Why review this so late? I was hoping against hope that the other reviews had convinced a return of the better product, but no. Please reissue the formula...how many near-identical negative testimonies will you answer with "I'm sorry for your bad experience"? Thank you for reading
