    • Winged Liner: Start by applying Classic Liner technique referenced above, then follow lower lash line in an upward angle and use side of applicator to connect from outer eye toward center in one sweeping motion; use tip to perfect line on eye
    • Pro Tip: For down-turned eyes, add a small wing on outer corner to create a lifted look, and for smaller eyes, stay close to lash line for a more defined effect

Great Super Black Mascara
