How long does it take......

I want to start off by saying their shipment time line is a lie. Upon checking out it says 3 to 6 days. I bought this on 11/3, 10 days later, 11/13 it said it "shipped". Then I get an email saying it isn't expected until 11/20. 17 days from purchase. I wonder if it will even show up on 11/20. forget buying it to wear at an event because you think you would have it within about 10 days from purchase. Unsatisfactory performance but a large corporation.
