Disappointing

Beautiful bag but just took off my plastic wrap and noticed there are no Zippers at all like they must have never put them on.

Pretty bt zipper is trash

Upon receipt of the bag nice packaging. Then I see this beautiful bag which is a Christmas gift for a family member. Upon further inspection, the end of the zipper looked really funky. Then due to being put in a TOO small box for shipping there was a crease down the middle of the bottom of bag. It is too close to Christmas and I won't hav a gift to giv. Thanks Macys!! Yall hav to do better as these items are not CHEAP!!
