POORLY PACKED - ARRIVED DAMAGED

I received the two trays. The trays were not packed properly and the large tray arrived broken. I really love the smaller tray so I’m keeping this delivery. But Macy’s, have your shipping department do a better job in packing delicate items. Otherwise I’ll have to stop ordering from you.

very bad material like the dollar store ones

Received it yesterday going to return it take long time to deliver and after all that it’s very bad material and finishing looks very cheap like the dollar store ones

Horrible packaging. Arrived shattered.

Horrible packaging-box shred and re taped several times. Trays shattered. Dangerous to even pull out of crushed smashed box. So disappointing. Macy’s won’t make it right. Can’t tell who packed and shipped it but I hope they see this.

Bad quality

We ordered this and when I opened it the paint was very bad very poor quality!!

Sloppy workmanship

So upset with these trays that I don’t know where to start. First, these are sold as serving trays on Macy’s website but note that there is a sticker on the back saying they are not food safe, so it can only be used for drinks. Next, the finish on the trays has air bubbles throughout the finish. The white finish looks like it was painted by a 5 year old—there are brush strokes on all the white trim, there are globs of paint in areas, and there’s about a dozen spots in the white paint that have already shipped off. They sat at the manufacturer for a week after the shipping label was printed off. This was for a gift but it took so long to get here that I’m going to scramble looking for something else because there is no way I can give this as a gift.
