Makes great coffee
This makes great coffee! I am a simple girl, but I love drip coffee with creamer, nothing too fancy. This makes 12 cups! It’s a nice looking coffee machine, very easy to use. Low maintenance and very quiet. I gifted one to my parents and they love it too!

Great coffee maker!
This is the second ninja coffee maker I have had. I loved my 1st one but my carafe broke & was not able to get replacement carafe for it. So I purchased this one instead. I love it but the carafe does drip lots of coffee when pouring. I have read that this is a common problem with this carafe in other reviews, so definitely a design flaw with the spout of the carafe. Other than that it is a great coffee maker.

Great features, except...
Excellent in every respect except the leaky water valve. I use this machine primarily to make tea, with tea bags placed in the water jug. When the latter is removed, the hot water keeps dripping. On the other hand, when the water reservoir is filled to the max, the hot water won't fill the jug completely unless the jug is manually lifted to open the valve more. This really makes any use of this coffee maker inconvenient. I couldn't find any way to replace the valve.

Glass carafe broke after a month!!!!
DCM200C - Had this coffee machine for about a month and I absolutely love it. I’m so disappointed that the glass carafe cracked !!!!! I have spent the whole evening attempting to locate and order a new carafe on the website but I am having no luck! I really don’t want to junk this coffee machine!!!

Close to perfection - but pot has a design flaw
I love the sleek design of this coffee maker and how it doesn’t take up a ton of counter space. The removable water reservoir makes it convenient and easy to fill up. The brew is consistently good. The only place where it is missing the mark is the flawed coffee pot design -whenever I brew 10 cups or more the pot will drip when pouring a cup until the level gets down to below 10’cups. It’s odd and has been an issue with this lot for the 3 years I’ve owned it. Ninja replaced the pot for me and it didn’t resolve the problem so I believe it is a design flaw. I don’t often make a large pot so I deal with it.

Great for having people over it holds a larger cap
I love my ninja coffee posts I had had many different ninja pots but this one has been my favorite. I use it everyday and I love that it has a larger capacity. Me and my family are big coffee drinkers and I always recommend Ninja coffee makers

Poor quality
Interrupt feature stopped working after 3 months. I can’t find any warranty info or how to find replacement parts. Waste of my money.
