Defective Packaging Design
I bought the Taupe pencil. It's a decent color, still too warm to be a true Taupe but not bad. The formula is decent, a little thicker than ABH Brow Wiz but comparable. It has a HUGE flaw. The spool comb cap is imperceptibly smaller than the pencil cap. Take both caps off, use product, proceed to place small cap on pencil… Cap gets stuck. Very stuck. Proceed to yank on cap to remove. Entire pencil pulls out of casing and whole thing is now Broken Apart. Reassemble. Place correct caps on each side. Go to sickle up a few days later. Repeat Process. Now I have a completely broken pencil after 4-5 uses. Yay! Maybe I'm just dumb but most of these kinds of products have two equally sized caps to prevent things like this from happening. Seems like a really silly design flaw that could easily be fixed. Two stars because formula is actually good. Too bad it's useless after a handful of uses since I can't seem to figure out which cap goes to which side.

Very dry and brittle
The formula was very dry and brittle for me which led it bits breaking off nearly every time I used it.

Great
I have been buying these for about a year now, I love them, they're clean, no chemicals and they work great. I think it's important to use clean products whenever you can and if your brows are getting thin you definitely do not want to add chemicals because if that causes your hair to fall out

Perfect
I bought the light black color pencil and it looks good. The color goes on well and I like how the tip of the pencil is small. It makes it easier to apply and stay straight. I would recommend.

A great brow definer
The color was good again my skin. I've had my eyebrow done with powder ombréd so this really defined them ber. It was easy to apply the strokes to darker and define them.

Chic and modern-love it!
Let's start with the packaging. It is beautiful! White, chic, simple, and modern! Neutrals are so in, so it was pleasant to see white packaging for a pencil. The pencil itself glides on the brows like silk, and it lasts me the whole day. It does tend to get a tad bit oily as the day progresses, but this can be due to the natural ingredients. My brows do not look painted or lined at all, and that's amazing because I have sparse eyebrows with fine hair. Did I mention, no harsh chemicals! This was another plus for me. I'd definitely recommend everyone to try this pencil.

Good quality but be aware of color
I have used the taupe that matches well but I read the description for the warm brown which sounded more like me. I have golden, warm medium brown hair. The warm brown eyebrow pencil is way too red. This should only be used for red heads or dark auburn hair color. Wish I would have stuck with the taupe color.
