Dead in 3 years

The wires inside the lid will break on you after the 1 year warranty. I've had 1 break apart and 3 others that has started and this rice cooker is just over 3 years old. Now when I switch it to high pressure mode the whole thing does a complete reset. Save your money and go with another brand.

Very good and high-end product.

Very good and high-end product. A little pricey, but if you get it when its on sale, youve hit the jackpot. Lots of options for cooking. I got mine in white color; it looks beautiful in my kitchen. . . Simplistict design and very easy-to-follow instructions. Cup size is small; my regular-sized tea cup is twice the size of this Cuckoo cup. Overall, its a great, clean, modern, contemporary, slick design that is simple and easy to use.

After 1.5 years of use review

First, the pressurized cooked rice tastes out of this world. I was worried that, however, the rice cooker would degrade over time and the rice taste and/or the cooking process would change over time. To my surprise, this little cooker has proved itself to be very durable and the rice tastes the same as it tasted 1.5 years ago.
