Defective shoulder strap hardware

Nice bag but I had to return the original purchase because of poor quality/defective manufacturing of the snaps attached to the shoulder strap. Snaps kept opening, causing the bag to fall. Keeping my fingers crossed.

small datk stone cary pebble bag

I purchased my small Dark stone I believe 2yrs ago. It's still going strong I hope it lasts me a long time. Saw another review where the stitching came apart. I do think that macy's should honor a replacement on the bag.

Great purse well made

I needed a crossbody purse and this one looked good. It is very well made with nice soft leather, and good structure, but it was too large for my needs so I returned it. It is perfect, however, as a work bag or for anyone who needs more space to carry things.
