I Regret Buying the Creatista.

I've had this for 3-4 years now. It by far is the worst machine from Nespresso we've owned. It requires descaling frequently, and it won't let you make coffee unless you do it. We had to send the machine back to Nespresso a year or so ago because it leaked underneath. The descaling process creates a huge mess. This is a terrible product. Get a Citiz or simple machine. They last forever and are no fuss. With this machine, you pay more and get more frustration. I just threw it in the garbage can. The whole machine. Hope that helps.

Price doesn't match quality.

I have owned this machine for just over a year, and despite using the Nespresso-branded descaling solution exactly as instructed, I have experienced ongoing issues. After brewing only two cups, the machine repeatedly displays a descaling warning. I have tested my water using hardness strips and adjusted the settings accordingly, yet the problem persists. For a machine at this price point, the quality and reliability are extremely disappointing. Frankly, my K-cup machine was far more dependable.

Good with room for improvement.

Bought this 12/26/24, has been a good machine. Like the variety of sizes, as well as the frothing and hot water capabilities. It is louder than expected, especially the pump noise generated for hot water (77.3 dB). But when under pressure for espresso it is a bit quieter (65.3 dB). Still louder than a conversation and bit noisy on a quiet morning. To be would have thought to better insulated and smoother pump for such a simple task. I like the ability to tweak the drink settings to develop your own preferences. This is a Breville Creatista Pro.
